About Us
Let the kids play. Grab a coffee. Get your pink back.
Why We Created Lulu
We know how it feels to take the kids out for a simple meal or coffee, only to spend the whole time trying to keep them entertained. With two boys of our own, we’ve been there. Cold coffee, unfinished meals, and interrupted conversations with your spouse or friends too many times.
Sometimes, the kids get restless before you’ve even finished eating. Your coffee goes untouched, your meal gets left behind, and what was meant to be a relaxing outing ends up feeling more exhausting than staying home.
That’s why we created Lulu. An intimate space where kids can play, explore and burn off some energy, while parents can sit back, enjoy their food and coffee, catch up properly, and take a little breather too.
As a Muslim-owned cafe, we also understand how important it is for families to feel comfortable about the food they eat. While Lulu is not currently halal-certified, our food ingredients are sourced from halal suppliers.
Because when the kids are happily playing, you finally get to enjoy the moment too and maybe get a little of your pink back 💗

Why Lulu?
Lulu comes from the word “delulu”, a little nod to the dreams we used to think were just a little crazy.
When I was younger, I always dreamed of having a playground like this one day. I also had this ambition to become a businesswoman and build something of my own.
But life happened, and that dream stayed in the back of my mind. I spent six years working a normal 9-to-6, building my career and doing what I thought I was supposed to do.
Until I finally decided to give that old dream a chance.
And that’s how Lulu came to life.
A little childhood dream, a little “delulu” ambition, and finally, a space that we can call ours.
